Safety Expectations for Teaching Assistants in Laboratory Classes

This document describes the lab safety roles and responsibilities of Teaching Assistants (TAs) in laboratory classes.  A copy must be signed by the TA before their work in the lab begins. 

The attached expectations were derived from the ACS “Guidelines for Chemical Laboratory Safety in Academic Institutions.”
