Last Revised: December 18, 2025

As of March 6, 2023, Workday Learning is replacing Penn Profiler and Knowledge Link.  If you have been assigned a training curriculum prior to March 3, 2023, you will not have to make new training assignments in Workday Learning.

On or after March 6, 2023, supervisors of new faculty, staff, and students will need to assign EHRS training through Workday Learning.  To determine which job-related training programs you are required to assign, review the table below for your campus group and find the job activities that require EHRS training.  Use Workday Learning to assign the identified courses by searching for the course code or title in Workday.

Managers should follow this Tip Sheet to enroll a team member. This link will bring you to Workday Learning.

Penn employees can also self-assign courses offered by EHRS.  To self-enroll, follow this Tip Sheet.

For information on Workday Learning see this Guide.

The entire training table for the Morris Arboretum & Gardens can be found here.
