Non-Affiliates (undergraduates or postgraduates from other universities or colleges, or high school students) who work in a Penn laboratory are required to take Introduction to Laboratory and Biological Safety at Penn for Non-Affiliates. This registration page is for in-person orientation offerings. June 2025 in-person orientation dates and times are now available for registration. Registration will close three days in advance of the scheduled training date. Please go here if you want the online orientation option.
Penn students do not need to complete this registration form. Penn undergraduate or graduate students who work in labs must be enrolled in laboratory safety courses through Workday Learning.
