Welcome New Faculty
On behalf of the Office of Environmental Health and Radiation Safety (EHRS), welcome to the University of Pennsylvania. EHRS, a division of the Office of the Vice Provost for Research, develops and presents a wide range of health and safety programs. Our staff of technical specialists is available to assist you on such issues as biological safety, chemical safety, radiation safety, hazardous waste management, industrial hygiene and laser safety.
Please complete the registration information below so that we can create a profile for your in our compliance management system, BioRAFT. Upon submission, you will be directed to the New Faculty Overview page assembled to assist you in setting up a safe laboratory. Also, an EHRS staff member will follow up to set up a time with you to discuss lab safety policies and procedures.
