Penn IBC Electronic Registration System (PIERS) has launched! The Institutional Biosafety Committee (IBC) is now accepting all new and renewed IBC registrations for the generation and/or use of recombinant or synthetic nucleic acids (rsNA) as well as novel gene editing technologies through PIERS.
