2024 Penn Labs Freezer Challenge
Interested in how you can save energy and reduce costs in the lab? The Penn Labs Freezer Challenge promotes lab sustainability by promoting best practices in cold storage management (including freezers, refrigerators and cold rooms)! Labs participate by submitting an online scorecard with voluntary actions to improve efficiency, such as performing a freezer defrost, updating inventory, sharing cold storage spaces, and more. The challenge is free to participate and runs from January 1, 2024, until June 30, 2024. Prizes will be awarded to the top 3 labs at Penn!
